&
Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, reversals, and cancellations are handled for transactions
processed through our platform.
By using Logiclead.in, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Transaction Responsibility
All payments made through Fashtags are processed based on customer input or merchant
request.
- Once a transaction is initiated, it cannot be changed or reversed unless specified
under refund conditions.
- Logiclead acts as a payment service provider and is not responsible for the quality,
delivery, or fulfillment of goods/services offered by merchants
For disputes related to products, services or shipment, customers should contact the merchant
directly.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only for:
- Duplicate transactions due to system or technical error.
- Payment failure where the amount is debited from the bank account / wallet but not
credited to the merchant.
- Unauthorized/incorrect transaction reported within the allowed dispute time period.
- Bank chargeback resolution in cases of fraudulent activity as per bank guidelines.
Refunds are NOT applicable for:
- Successful payments made for legitimate purchases.
- Customer change-of-mind after payment.
- Merchant disputes unrelated to the payment system
4. Refund Process & Timeline
If your transaction meets refund eligibility, you may raise a request by emailing us at:

Please submit:
- Transaction ID
- Date & time of payment
- Amount paid
- UPI ID / Bank reference number
- Screenshot or payment proof (if available)
After verification:
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
- Bank settlement time may vary based on issuing bank or payment partner policies
5. Merchant Settlements
- Settlements to merchants follow our standard payment cycle
- Once settlement is completed, refund responsibility rests with the merchant for
disputes related to delivered products/services.
- Logiclead.in may only assist with technical transaction data.
6. Chargebacks
In cases of fraudulent activity or unauthorized payment:
- The customer may initiate a chargeback through their bank or card provider.
- We will cooperate with bank investigations and provide necessary transaction details
- Final decision is made by the issuing bank, not Logiclead.
7. Cancellation Policy
As we provide digital payment services, cancellations are limited:
- Payments once completed cannot be cancelled from Logiclead’s end
- Any cancellation due to product/service dispute must be handled directly with the
merchant.
- For scheduled or recurring Fashtags payments (if applicable), users may request
cancellation before the next billing cycle.
8. Technical Errors
If a transaction fails due to:
- System downtime
- Network interruption
- Bank server delay
And the amount is debited:

It will be automatically refunded by the bank/payment provider within 3–7 working days.
If not reflected, please contact support.
9. Compliance
All refunds, reversals and cancellations are governed by:
- RBI regulations
- NPCI guidelines for UPI/Fashtags
- Applicable banking & payment processing laws
